The view was good and the breakfast was of a very good quality. The room was definitely big enough for the three of us.

I absolutely loved the jacuzzi hot tub. I needed to relax and unwind and your establishment helped me do that effortlessly. Definitely coming back.

There were a few people in the free parking area making a lot of noise after hours. I notified the front desk staff and the matter was taken care of immediately.

We stayed at this hotel for an elite cheer competition, and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. I would never recommend this property for families, teams, or anyone traveling for an event. When we checked in, we had to be moved four different times because each room had major cleanliness issues. I took and sent photos to management documenting everything, but I never received any follow-up or acknowledgment. To make things worse, I accidentally left a pair of slippers behind. When I called the hotel that same evening, I specifically asked whether they had been found and was told yes. Days later, I was informed that nothing had ever been logged and the item may not have been found at all. I provided my call log and explained the situation, but again — no resolution and no communication from management. For a $756 stay, dealing with dirty rooms, four room changes, and a lost item that I was initially told was located — with zero follow-up — was extremely disappointing. The $100 credit didn’t come close to addressing the inconvenience or the amount of time wasted. Overall, our experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and completely unsupported. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel, especially for anyone traveling with a cheer team or attending large events where reliability and cleanliness matter.
