"While the property is nice, noise is a big issue and should be rectified to justify the cost."

View, location

Train noise was extreme--occurred all night long, so was difficult to sleep, to say the least, even with our white noise on. For the price, it was very disappointing.

This place was terrific. Nice, big, clean room with a gorgeous view of the water. Walking distance to 5+ waterfront restaurants. On a lovely running path along the water. This is my 3rd stay in Tacoma, but my first here. If I go back to Tacoma, will absolutely stay here.
