Cleanliness and pool facility

Partial ocean view was provided. They changed the room for us after multiple follow-ups, but even that wasn't a full sea view. When we stayed there last time we got a full sea view for the same room title. Hence had booked it again While booking it was mentioned that breakfast will be at 1299 but in the hotel it was priced per person at higher price with additional taxes. Overall the staff didn't seem much helpful had go through multiple follow-ups for small requests

Room service staff was quite good

While booking staff did not explained about the breakfast option. Lunch was not value for money. While waiting for room no one explained about the hotel and facilities available..
