Breakfast was excellent! Two morning cleaning room staff were excellent! I can’t recall their name but you can check . I was in room 734/735, with my dad and he was very kind and patient to help my 90 year old father, in working out the tv and other support, date was upto the 6 th of May .

You need a hair and beauty salon…. Couldn’t style my hair until I went to an unknown salon. Expected a hair salon in a 5 star hotel like Novotel. Spa was good .

It is located right at the beach. All Juhu hangouts are nearby. We were upgraded to a suite which was a really nice experience!

"Only go if you want beach facing room"

Location is good, right on the beach

The room was fine but the bathroom was run down. The room air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Called the reception 3 times, they sent the engineer but nothing changed. No call back from the manger and no reply for a room change request. Bad management from the hotel.
