"Very noisy hotel, staff don’t care, there are better 5 star hotels nearby"

The rooms are very comfortable with good facilities and consistent with five star hotel status. High tea served in seventh floor was really delicious and staff courteous and well trained.

My Room 626 facing sea had uncomfortable noise from swimming pool functions each night. It was like trying to sleep on top of Discotheque In spite of complaining it did not stop. Breakfasts were overcrowded and tables were so closely placed, it was a Health & Safety issue.

"Rude & disrespectful"

Booking !!!! Booked when arrived no booking too payment details then demanded extra monies breakfast was happy to pay then price increase without breakfast customer relations was very rude & disrespectful not once did they try to help even though the email communications was presented appalling response from management. Twice the same has happened my mistake booking again ..was told not to take part in a review???
