Had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly cooperative and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. The management was excellent, and the entire place was impeccably clean and hygienic. Room service was prompt, and the team's communication was outstanding. The location was impressive, and everything was well-maintained. A special mention to Baburao and the entire staff for their exceptional service. Highly recommended! Great kitchen too. Tonmay at dinning was great too. Special thanks.

However, despite staying in a Suite room, the bathroom extractors were not working, which should be addressed. Additionally, I noticed that the chairs provided for the staff were not comfortable for sitting properly. I kindly request the management to consider improving these aspects to ensure comfort for both guests and staff.

The place was very dirty. There was a cigarette smoking smell everywhere (specially in the bathroom, lobby and entrance of the room). We asked staff for a help but they couldn’t do anything because smoking was allowed inside the bathroom which was disgusting. Everytime we use to enter a lobby there was smoking smell everywhere, also there were not enough lights in the lobby area. All the smoke alarms were removed rooms and lobby. Rooms were dirty, found a bunch of hair on the floor as well as underneath the pillow. Bathroom floor was slippery, mouldy. The place needs good renovation. Not enjoyable at all we need a refund as we had to stay to our friends place for few hours .
