"Good for short stay. Spacious room!"

The room was big and spacious. Staff were nice Restaurant was convient Location was fine. Had security at the front checking bags and luggages Aircon was fresh, no mouldy smell

Aging hotel. Needs a bit of refurbishment.

Have been a regular visitor at Express Inn & everytime it doesn't stop to impress me. The best thing which would always remain with me was as I had an early check-out (morning 4am) the staff was kind enough to parcel breakfast for me at 4am in the morning

Property was good. Spacious

Staff (managing dinning area/hall) should learn to respect kids and guest(s). We didn’t opt for dinner buffet and when we enter the hall for dinner, one of your staff members asked us to sit towards the right of the hall and clearly they will not take the order if we sit on the sofa or the place we like. We were travelling with the kid so we preferred sofa so we all can enjoy our meal peacefully and the sofa seats were available when we came for dinner. This is not something we expect in a 4 star property.
