New Saint Catherine Hotel

The staff was really nice and the hotel is near to the main area.

J'ai trop aimée l'emplacement de l'hôtel presque au centre on a pas besoin d'aller loin pour trouver ce qu'on cherche.

Ils sont très gentils et dès qu'on a besoin d'aide ils sont là. Je remercie tout le monde et j'y retournerai.

Merkezi yerlere yakındı , otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler .

Завтрак был невкусный, расположение -на очень грязной улице ( почти базар)

Çalışanlar çok guleryuzluydu.

Ama otel odası berbattı. Klima ve tuvaletin sifonu çalışmıyordu. Kuvetin ortasinda bir delik vardi ve banyo yaparken oraya bastığınızda (ki küvet küçük oldugu icin mecburen basiyorsunuz) altından pislik geliyordu. Odadaki havlular kirliydi.

Shery very helpful very kind and really enjoyed my stay . The hostel was very clean and comfortable, I would recommend anyone who is coming to Cairo to stay here

Our stay at this property was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The first room we were given was not clean, and overall the facility felt old and poorly maintained. The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Hot water was a serious issue; we had to wait around 30 minutes each time and even then it was inconsistent and not reliable. This made our stay quite difficult. On the first day, we requested a cancellation due to these issues, and the owner initially agreed. However, the next day we received an email from Booking stating that no agreement had been reached with the property, and we were forced to continue our stay. This situation was very frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, we would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
