The location is perfect, very close to the beach and to the wala surfing school.

Other than the fact the the AC didn't work and the owner of the place didn't care and did not bother fixing it in a timely manner, the bed had weird bugs that crawled all over me during the night and bit me. I left this place 12 hours after checking in due to these reasons, and the owner would not pay me back my money, which she requested in cash and in advance. The owner of this place is really problematic, and I plan to sue her to get back my money as well as compensation.

There is nothing to like about it.

Very poor and stressful experience. We reached early morning after driving all night and requested an early check-in if possible. The host (Anna) informed us that the villa was occupied and would only be available around 1 PM. We respected that and waited. However, later it became clear the property was actually vacant the entire time. At 2 PM (official check-in), we were told the keys were on the porch, but the villa was still locked and not cleaned. The condition of the toilet and house was unacceptable. When we requested immediate cleaning (as it was already past check-in time), the host reacted negatively and asked us to vacate instead of resolving the issue. The interaction escalated into an argument, which made the situation very uncomfortable. We were left stranded, did not receive our advance refund, and had to arrange another stay at the last moment. Thankfully, nearby locals were kind and helped us. Overall, poor communication, lack of basic hospitality, and unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend.

it was a cute accommodation for small family. Near to mandrim beach.

no shower gel and lotion was provided. But because we were carrying our own so I didn't mind.
