Property location is beautiful

Staff was too lazy and no proper communication was in place. They didn’t help in sending cutlery too, after requesting 5 times we were given water bottles

Breakfast was basic. Location is good. The property/Resort is also great but surely can be maintained better. The best part is that this the only resort in Belgaum which is pet friendly and certainly is a big advantage for pet parents. Thank you to the resort owner for keeping the resort Pet friendly.

We didn't get what was committed to us wrt the Room but whatever we got was not bad either but AC was missing which was booked by us earlier. The restaurant service was very average. The food was good but on the higher side wrt cost.

Great location. Good rooms. Good food too.

We were told beforehand that the pool is functional. But it wasn't when we arrived. They offered us the no functional jacuzzi instead and said it's a 'cold jacuzzi'. Please be upright about what's functional and what's not on your property.
