"Promising property, will be attractive if maintained well."

We liked the open space, public areas, the greenery and activities created there.

The maintenance part, pathways are paved stone and are slippery due to rains, should use bleaching powder to rid that algae. Rooms need maintenance too, in first, wash basin was leaking badly and in second, the commode wasn't fixed to floor.
