The property is excellent but somehow there is something lacking in terms of calling it as a RESORT; many construction activities are taking place around and the overall property maintenance is not OK that's why the pleasure is not coming out of the stay

A hidden gem, the only person friendly place in Belgaum. Suitable for families,.couples and those with pets. They went an extra mile to help me and my puppy comfortable. Room was clean, staff was open to feedback and quickly catered to my requests for a few things missing in the room .The villa was beautifully designed, eco friendly architecture.
