Room 302 Uncomfortable bed (very hard), very dirty windows, towels and flat sheet not ready on arrival and have to ask for it, only 1 sheet, no top sheet. Stained floors, very old and tired furnitures. The room is dark (not enough lighting). Only 2 pillows on a Queen Size bed (requested for 2 more but unable to provide) staff excuse, we are fully booked today. Don't be deceived with the photos (photos must be taken years ago). The lobby was hot due to AirCon not working. Found a customer comb by the bottom of the bed, a sign that staff do not clean properly 😑

Need Reception staff staff who know what they are doing. No idea. Terrible hard beds. Tv needed to be reprogrammed every time when turning it on. Restaurant is a freaking joke. Mashed potato serving was equal to 2 soup spoons. Insultingy tiny portion. Mattresses in hallway.
