the staffs at the restaurant were so nice kind and helpful to whoever is coming there .. great job there 👍

staffs customer service is very bad not polite and responses back with attitude.. Especially the night shift always on the handphone watching movies not responsive enough highly recommend customer service training !!

"except towel situation all was great"

never got any towel.. said they would give later next morning they atill did not have. said is it ok if we give one with holes in it.. we said yes still took 4 hours to get a towel. finally on the day of departure they said here is your cleantowe. so sad

Not much. Big room. Location

No top bed sheet! Only YouTube on TV, or if you have Netflix subscription. Restaurant, God, stroganoff was very small. Mashed potatoes was only 3 soup spoons size, puny. Didn't empty room rubbish bin in 2 days. Bed was like concrete.

Location was center of everything.

There were no towels given within our stay, we asked for a couple of times to no avail. They said the delivery of the towels did not arrive. Some light were not working and the restroom had water we don't know where it came from.
