Large room with a comfortable bed and an amazing view overlooking the estuary. Friendly breakfast staff

The communal areas of the hotel (not bar) were tired looking and in need of a repaint. Also there was a smell in this area (possibly dog?) Breakfast was only served from 8.00-9.00 am even at weekends which meant an early start - not good on holiday!

Views, Location and a large bath in the room. Staff were very nice and accommodating.. Sunday Lunch was very nice.

Smell in accommodation corridors. The room carpet was not clean. Bathroom was in poor repair with mould on seals. Drill holes all over tiles all poorly maintained. Bath had to be washed of cleaning residue before I could use it. Shower was ok but took time to warm up. We could hear activity in the Bar from the room and early in the morning we were awakened by deliveries and the driver and staff conversing directly below our room. There was no prices mentioned for Breakfast so we did not partake as we would have only wanted tea and toast. Drinks in the Bar were expensive but accepted due to the location.
