Ye Olde Fighting Cocks

It was in an amazing location that had a fantastic view over the estuary and the surrounding scenery. It was a peaceful calming place. All the staff were lovely and friendly with an excellent knowledge of the surrounding area. The room was a good size and very characterful. We only stayed 1 night but it would be a good base for visiting the rest of the Lake District.

Good location close to beach and coastal walk

Nothing to dislike, it was lovely would have been great if they had breakfast on offer too

Staff were exceptional. Could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Incredibly dog friendly. With bowls, blankets and treats. Rooms were comfortable and the setting was lovely.

Pub and food.

Bed very uncomfortable pillows hard and flat.

Very clean and comfortable room. The staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Maybe somehow try to make sure only electric vehicles park in front of electric chargers .
