East View Hotel

The hotel staff are very prompt, professional, and understanding of guest needs. I had a delayed check in and the security guard on duty was extremely helpful getting things squared away. Also - the location was a great middle ground between my friends and walking distance of surrounding things to do and eat.

There were no towels in the room. I needed to ask for them. The hand towels given were more like rags (beat up, had holes) -- but I believe the security guard helping me was doing his best trying to find me something. The tap water in the room was not potable/drinkable - needed to find drinking water for myself and my sleep machine

The toilet was locked, transferred to another room. No toilet paper supply Wifi not working till lunchtime

It has a wide space in comparison to other standard rooms from other hotels

The staffs are so unreliable, the hotel is so old, a lot of stuffs there are already broken and the room is not even cleaned well enough. Not a really good place to rest.

Loved the location - right next to one of the main highways in Bacolod City, and very close to Restaurants, Convenient stores, and even the NGC where a whole lot of things are happening in October for the Maskara festival. The food was good, the AC was working. I also loved their staff. They were attentive, fast and very friendly.

The room is dated, the shower doesn't work well, and my mother found a cockroach in the CR. The TV close to unusable, the channel selection terrible and the standard compliments were not there - I had to call front desk just to get water (drinking), toothbrushes, and toothpaste. There wasn't even coffee or tea in the room. Worst part is - the prices were 3x more than usual.

Just the near the location for the events that we are Watching.

A lot of extra charges, no cable tv connection, bad internet connections.

The hotel is cheap and near Jollibee and KFC that open 24 hrs

A lot of things in the room are defective, faucet in the bathroom and shower not working properly.
