CZVery unhelpful and especially unpleasant hotel staff. We have never met such unpleasant hotel staff (only the breakfast service was quite nice). Breakfast was terrible, the price included only coffe/tea. Another cold drinks we must paid for. The reception staff also had a problem to say hello, very reluctantly gave us information about accommodation. The reception staff did not have basic information and therefore could not even provide it to us. The employee did not know therestauranťs opening hours or what time check-out is. Early in the morning we were woken up by the loud laughter and talking of the staff - the hotel is not absolutely soundproof, the staff did not heave adequately.

DEthe hotel is well located, Kratovo is a fascinating town, the rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The restaurant offers lovely outdoor seating with a view over one of the 8 bridges of the town.

BGCentral location and bed was comfortable.
There was a lot of noise from the bar. On the first night the noise stopped about 11pm. On the second night there was a large group being extremely noisy. At midnight they then started playing loud music too and the noise continued until 1.30am. None of the staff seemed interested in asking the people to keep the noise down. The room was near the kitchen and there was a smell of cooking in the room at meal times.

elevator still required some steps, music from bar but not too late
