The hotel is family friendly and absolutely stunning. Restaurants, and entertainment inside. There’s a shuttle to take you anywhere inside Zimbali or to the nearest mall. The best hotel staff and Phumelele the Manager wad just simply outstanding. I got an amazing home fragrance gift set. The best!

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It works well for our family (both parents and kids), as the overall offerings cater for all. I love the ocean views from the rooms coupled with the forest-like surroundings.

The aircon in the hotel is too low, which makes the place super cold. They need to adjust accordingly for cooler months. Only stay-in hotel guest should be allowed to use the main hotel pool, period. The current setup takes away from the exclusivity of paying to stay at a 5 star hotel. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels all over the world, and this is the only hotel I’ve stayed at, that does this. They need to have a daily program at the kids club even when it is not school holidays. There was no real offering for our kids while we were there because “it is not school holidays” - this doesn’t make sense, the hotel was full of kids.
