Comfy bed beautiful bathroom spacious.

The room was freezing cold. Had to get two heaters and still it was cold for my infant. Maybe don't put the aircon at full blast before checking in. Staff not so friendly.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! Friendly staff, very clean and well furnished. Will visit again.

The aircon in the Hotel (and restaurants and rooms) were freezing, for winter. The aircon could be turned off in the room, but did not pack warm enough for the extreme cold of the air-conditioning in the Hotel, conference rooms and restaurants where we spent most of our time. The WiFi is poor, I could not attend online meeting on my laptop, kept buffering. We booked the Family suite on Bookings.com website did not specify the number of rooms, but it sleeps up to 5 pax and has 2 photos of rooms with beds (one with double and one with twin beds), since it's family suite and sleeps so many guests I assumed there are 2 rooms (like the photos), but there is only 1 room with one bed. They brought in a cot for my colleague, or could have split the bed into twin or set up the sleeper couch. If we'd known we'd have just booked 2 rooms. Lots of monkeys, consider adding signs for foreign guests not to feed them. Was difficult to find the beach, considering adding some signage to find the pathway to the beach.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the whole stay at the Capital was amazing. Oh and the food was really great.

Everything about our stay was top tier, they catered to our every need. The staff was friendly and I loved how they organized a shuttle for us to and from the airport

They could have filled us in about all the attractions available in the resort. We missed out on the some because we didn't know they were available

Great amenities & access to everything in Zimbali which is great

We had a monkey come into our room because house keeping hadn’t closed the sliding door properly.

The welcome to the visitors and the rooms were just splendid

The menu for the restaurant looked limited but the buffet was great!!
