No hot water

Plusieurs années que je fréquente cet établissement et jamais déçu. Chambres faites tous les jours, personnel sympathique. En plus, la piscine a été partiellement rénovée par rapport à l'année précédente.

Peut être trop de chlore dans la piscine mais avis personnel . Un peu de bruit le matin dans les couloirs mais supportable.

Très bien situé. Belle piscine et grande chambre. Le personnel est très sympa aussi

C’est pas que je n’ai pas aimé mais l’absence de bar ou restaurant pour un voyageur solo, c’est pas l’idéal.

Cleaned every day fresh water pool good size beds comfortable so yes happy all round for the price £104 for 5 nights amazing

It wasn’t I didn’t like it it was just a 15 min walk to the centre but I like a stroll so was fine . In any case £1.50 for a grab bike as I was alone so was fine

Big sized room. Provided us extra pillows as requested. Housekeeping daily. The bathroom was nice enough but the water in the shower would randomly spray insanely hot water for 2 seconds then go back to normal. The pool itself was nice but not open long enough especially when you have a 24 hour reception and no lifeguard anyways what does it matter if it’s open later. Nice balcony overlooking parking lot of a cheap grocery store next door. Close to things, cheweng beach public access was 10 minute walk.

Pool closed at 6pm!!! Gym had no ac, was super hot with only a small fan to keep cool. The staff at the front was a little rude, when I have her 1000 bill for the surprise 500 baht deposit she wanted to keep she was very rude and insisted we give her a smaller bill (which is understandable when your bill is like 100baht but you should easily have enough change for me if you’re requesting me to have cash to give as a “deposit” even though you have my credit card info.) she said she could only give me back coins as change or she’d keep the whole 1000. It’s easy for you to go to the bank and get change if you have many people coming and checking in, it’s much harder for me to arrive in a new country, take cash out and have enough change to pay you exact 500. Bad taste in my mouth immediately upon check in.
