The cleaning lady was specially very efficient and nice. The location is great. Near all the important places and markets. Rooms are spacious and very airy and lighty. The furniture and hotel as a whole can have a little ugrade but that can be passable as well.

The staff at reception needs to learn some ettiquettes. The night shift was not accomodating at all. Bluntly refused to give us something as little as an extra bed sheet. They coulld learn to talk more politely. PTK needs to hire staff that understand and speaks better english to facilitate international visitors. Only the lady on afternood shift was nice and accomodating.

Personnel peu souriant à la tête du client ( femmes de ménage de certains étages) excepté le gardien de nuit qui est d’une grande gentillesse et la compétence d’une des 2 agents à l’accueil (la plus petite)A noter que vous ne voyez jamais la responsable que si vous échangez par mail ce sera une réponse automatique Méfiez vous d’un choix vue piscine vous risquez de ne pas l’avoir tout se joue sur le type de couchage que vous sélectionnez .
