FOOD WAS AVERAGE

THE HOTEL IS RUN BY KTDC, GOVERNMENT OF KERALA. I HAD 2 NIGHTS BOOKING. ROOM TARIFF OVER CHARGED. FOR LITTLE EARLY CHECK IN, THEY HAVE CHARGED FOR Rs. 1500. ROOM CONDITION WAS VERY BAD. ELECTRICAL SWITCH SCREWS ARE NOT FIXED PROPERLY. BATHROOM FITTINGS ARE TOO OLD AND RUSTY. THERE WAS NO GLASS DOOR OR CURTAIN IN BETWEEN BATHING AND WASHBASIN. THE WHOLE INTERIORS ARE 30 YEARS OLD. IT IS NOT WORTH FOR STAYING

The location was great. The room was cozy and clean. Above all, the hotel staff were all helpful, friendly and accommodating.

There’s nothing that I don’t like about the hotel.
