We didn't stay at the hotel due to lack of proper response

Though booking is confirmed in app. When we called the hotel and asked for the confirmation. They said no availability and response was not at all good.

Unattractive, unsightly, unseemly, hideous, grotesque, repulsive, stinky, evil-looking, monstrous, frightful, ill-favored, unbecoming, unlovely unappealing gruesome unpretty ghastly unhandsome revolting unpleasing macabre repulsive unbeautiful disgusting repellent vile freaky fugly grim homely misproportioned misshapen reptilian weird huckery uncomely ill-favored as ugly as sin gross. Atmosphere and the front desk itself looks like it’s a dungeon in Mumbai or Delhi and not Chennai.

1. the photo you attached here, that is the first step starting the lie of this hospital. 2. there was a lift but worthless. 3. The stair us sliply 4. The wifi is not worked properly 5. Before enter into the room, they ask full payment due to Reserve by booking.com 6.Only a soap (very much ordinary) & a towel is provided. but no slipper, no dental kit, no shampoo 7. There is no actually a reception, where you find the help 8. For this reason I have cancelled my next 3 bookings from your site.

Staffs were good and freindly

Had to call the staff members for cleaning. They do not do it voluntarily and room cost is too much.
