"Passable"

Only it was approachable near to main road easy to go anywhere from their location.

They do not serve any breakfast and it's not a hotel it's an apartment complex, rooms were good, but apartment was dirty.

"Worst stay experience in the history of my stays"

I couldn't find any parking space, and there was no staff or receptionist to assist me. The arrangements for the guests were not proper, and I had to search the building for 30 minutes while standing next to it. The rooms were smelly and not worth even Rs. 500/-.

"Worst experience ever"

Nothing.

No cleanliness at all. Not at all safe for anybody. Electricity wires were outside the main lift long area itself and which is not at all safe anybody. Worst maintenance and not recommend for anybody. Found so many cockroaches inside the room.
