This hotel is one of the tallest buidings in the town, so you can watch the surrounding streets, hills arround the town or sunset - Rooms are spacy, well designed and equipped - Excellent location - there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around - Room service

- There is very little sound isolation in the rooms, so you can hear your neighbor clearing his throat - Our room smelled of cigarrete smoke when we arrived and there were cigarrete butts in the plant on our balcony - The hotel offers bike rental but as they have only two of them they have never been available during our stay

Hier war alles perfekt. Super sauber, gut ausgestattet und mitten im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis das beste auf unserer ganzen Reise. Besonders positiv hat uns die erste gratis Laundry und der Fahrservice vom und zum Flughafen überrascht. Leider hatte die Bar nicht geöffnet aber ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung!

The staff were excellent, very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Housekeeping did a great job, and the cleaning was consistently very good. Thank you for making our stay more comfortable and pleasant.

Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were quite disappointing. They feel old and heavily worn out there are visible chips, marks on the walls, and overall signs of poor maintenance. In our first room, we encountered ants. We appreciate the staff for relocating us, although it happened the next day. The second room was slightly cleaner and a bit newer, but we unfortunately found cockroaches, likely coming from a nearby café. We had to keep the windows closed and even use insect spray. Despite being a bit better, the second room still had stained walls and old furniture. Considering that we did not choose the cheapest option, the condition of the rooms was below expectations. Sound insulation is also extremely poor — you can hear even small noises from neighboring rooms. Overall: Staff and housekeeping: 10/10 Rooms and furniture: 5/10

Сильный запах порошка от белья, враньё персонала, возврат денег за досрочный выезд обещали, но нет, сваливая всё на посредника. Обещали прополоскать бельё, чтобы не было запаха- нет. Обещали починить розетку у кровати- нет. Я спала скрючившись на диванчике, потому что засыпаю с телефоном. Обещают что-то и не делают, при этом мило улыбаютсяю . В номере на балкон открывается одна дверь и душно.
