Tuấn Ninh Hotel II

Great new hotel in the middle of the town walking distance to a supermarket, local markets and many places to eat. Our room was big, bright, clean and very comfortable. To our surprise we slept great on the hard bed and found the wifi ok. The staff were always very friendly and helped us on a number of occasions. You can easily organise a scooter with the hotel for 150k/day 50cc is also available and was sufficient for exploring the entire island if you do not have a suitable motorcycle licence. The free shuttle bus to the airport and the ferry was a nice surprise. The restaurant recommendations given by the hotel were also excellent and highly recommended to check them out. All of them are walking distance from the hotel. Despite my negative feedback below I still recommend this hotel and we really enjoyed our week stay on Con Dao at the Tuan Ninh II

The swimming pool on the rooftop is unfortunately not a relaxing space. We booked this hotel for the pool but didn't use it, there is no seating around the pool, no sun beds or space to relax around the pool. So if you had that in mind like we did you will be disappointed. It is a 5m x 3m basin of water and nothing more. You can stand or swim in it but that's it, older children will love it for playing around I'm sure of it. Fortunately we spent most of our time at the absolutely stunning beaches and we didn't care about the pool any more. The gym has 2 working treadmills and a smith machine with a few plates making 45kg total weight. Like most hotels in Asia this one also has no soundproofing whatsoever so we slept with ear plugs and it was manageable, though it was disappointing to see a new building built this way too.

Wir haben 2 Nächte hier im Hotel verbracht. Nicht nur dass wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden, wurde sogar unser Gepäck von einem anderen Hotel auf Con Dao abgeholt. Die Damen an der Hotelrezeption sprachen alle Englisch und waren super hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Wir können den Aufenthalt hier sehr empfehlen!

Rất tiện ít. Nhân viên lịch sự. Xe đưa đón Sb miễn phí, thuê xe máy dễ dàng (xe chất lượng tốt không phải xe điện nhé…) Check out xong vẫn có phòng lạnh ngồi chờ xe đưa đi sb.

Le manque d’hygiène dans la cuisine désaffectée et gentiment mise à disposition des clients qui pour nombre d’entre eux ne sont pas franchement attachés à la propreté

Kamer is schoon en bevat een koelkast. Locatie is top en vriendelijk personeel. Mooi groot zwembad en gym aanwezig.

Communiceren met personeel wat lastig door het niet goed Engels spreken

La cuisine Le fait qu’aucun petit déjeuner ni autre repas ne soit plus servi dans l’hôtel, l’hôtel a mis la cuisine et l’ex salle de petit déjeuner à disposition des clients ce qui était appréciable. En revanche seule cette partie n’avait pas été rénovée et était particulièrement sale, aucun entretien et les clients souvent inattentionnés ne sont pas très attentifs à ce genre de détails. Après réclamation un petit nettoyage rapide a été effectué par l’hôtel

Room was excellent - lovely balcony, great air con in room, great shower and comfy beds. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
