The hotel is modern and very clean and well looked after. Airport transfer is included and you can rent a scooter very straightforwardly.The staff were helpful and the cleaners were amazing.

The hotel was very nice but the surrounding area was extremely noisy… there is broadcasting from loudspeakers that starts at 5 am nearby, and the cockerels start crowing before that, with some background support from the barking dogs. Not the hotels fault and all the other hotels in con Dao will have the same issue . The pool was a bit disappointing, there is no where to sit by the pool and relax.

Great service, they may not speak perfect English but are really helpful and work perfect with google translate. You need a scooter they will get you one, just be careful, its not Europe, traffic regulations are a guidance.

The lighting in the room. The main lights were very bright, like an operating theatre. There were no bedside lights. The curtains allowed light leakage.

The hotel looks exactly like in the pictures. Everything is well maintained and clean. The staff was exceptionally kind, both receptionists and cleaning staff. They spoke very good English and helped us with everything we needed. There is an open kitchen on the 5th floor that we used for cooking or preparing fresh fruit from the market (I think this once was the breakfast area). There is a nice sitting area on the 6th floor, both indoors and outdoors. You can see the sea from the terrace.

The pool is not really usable. It's so flat that it's almost impossible to swim. I think you could just sit in the water and relax but it was too cold for that during our stay because of the strong winds (that was in January). A small disadvantage: there is a public speaker a bit down the road that starts playing music at 5.30AM. I like to sleep with the window open, so this was my alarm clock. If you just keep the windows closed this shouldn't be a problem though.
