Free drinking water and bicycle rent. The owner is very organized and helpful. The garden and hidden terrace are peaceful places to relax. Quiet place (if you turn off the water in the shared kitchen). The room was big and there were big common areas like benches, tables and chairs in the garden, kitchen and terrace. Close enough to the pier and restaurants.

The tap in the kitchen is broken and makes very loud noises. We had to turn off the water to be able to sleep. The shared kitchen is not cleaned regularly and needs more equipment.

The location is great, only a few blocks from the main plaza but very quiet. Our room was large, shower has hot water, wifi and air conditioning work well. Check in is easy from the pharmacy. Nice to have a fridge The shared kitchen doesn't have much but has a kettle and French press for coffee. Coffee maker in the room needs filters. There is a water cooler which is very nice. Sheets and towels were very clean. The room was fairly clean but the place could use an overall deep clean and paint job. Our large double room was quiet but the room that everyone complains about the noise do have pumps behind that we could hear in the kitchen. The owner is very nice and helpful. Outside of the rooms is a lovely garden.

Overall the place needs a refresh. Coffee cups in the kitchen would be nice.

It need a good stove to support the commune kitchen, only 2 burner available.

Behind one of the windows of the room was a the noisiest water pump I’ve ever heard, every time someone turned the water on it’ll activate. It was extremely noisy and we woke up multiple times during the night whenever it would turn on.

The room seem like it needed some updating no warm water at the kitchen sink where you need to do dishes, I was also concerned about the possibility of mold in the room

We fell like we were at home, Manuel is a great host and will make you feel at home. He gave us many local recommendations, and even took us on a ride one day. Cozumel is great, and deserve many days in your vacation. The hotel offers very good bikes for free, which is a ++++, as this is a method of transportation that allows you to go anywhere.

owner was super nice, even offered to take me to the airport when I left. Very responsive when I needed anything. Location was central, short walk to everything. Slept well, had what I needed. The microwave and coffeemaker worked well, refrigerator was small but worked fine.

the kitchen was sketchy. There was a dispenser for filtered water which was never filled. There was only one plug for everything, so I had to constantly reset the microwave which was in spanish, which I don't speak.
