Manuel is a super kind, helpful and welcoming host. The bikes are really good and we enjoyed a 65km cycle around beautiful Cozumel. There is really good value in the pharmacy too.

Manuel is a super friendly guy giving you very good tips to explore Cozumel always up for a chat. The room had been cleaned regulary and the free bicycle was great! Great place on Cozumel!

The only thing that the common Kitchen area was not very clean.

The owner was super friendly and had a lot of information and recommendations for us about the island. The location was close enough to center and really quiet.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and needs some repairs. The owner said it will be fixed soon.

The host gave us a lot of useful information and always answered on Whatsup. The kitchenette and the fridge were perfect to help save on food expenses. The garden is beautiful and dining area outside is perfect to hang out.

There were some holes in the walls and a lot of mosquitoes in the garden.

Everything was perfect for my needs

Short Walking distance to the denser part of the town. As a lone female traveler I felt safe walking around on my own at night. The guest rooms are behind a pharmacy, surrounding a little courtyard. Two gates separate the living area from the streets, they are locked between 11pm-8am. Manuel the owner is a lovely man, friendly and welcoming. He gave me plenty of tips about the area, and let me borrow a bicycle for getting around. Hot water, AC and a ceiling fan. Comfy bed and friendly housekeeping staff. 24 hr convenience store on the corner and plenty of restaurants to be found in the surrounding streets.

This is budget accommodation, nothing fancy, and this is reflected in the price. The rooms could do with an update and there were some insects as is to be expected in a tropical environment. The pros outweigh the cons if you are travelling on a budget, plan to be out most of the time, and want safety and convenience.

The bed was comfortable. The location was great and close to the central location.

The toilet wasn’t clean, it looks super old and it literally wasn’t attached good to the floor 😨 The AC was dripping.

The owner was really friendly and helpful

The walls were pretty dirty from stains of shoes killing mosquitoes/ other bugs, shower pressure too low, bed sheets not proper clean, lots of mosquitoes in bathroom/ room even tho door closed and lots of ants on the walls.

Friendly stuff, easy check in. Small room but for one person perfect. I could use the bike for free at that is amazing. You get there also some tours more cheap!!

It was dirty and the kitchen wasn't really "tasty" to cook. But I just went to restaurants.
