"New hotel and friendly stuff!"

That’s new apartment, everything is perfect! We checked in one hour earlier, thank you for it! The softest bed we had in Vietnam, so comfortable. Cleaning every day, the stuff is very friendly and helpful! Separately thank you Hiew for good service, really nice guy! Location is great, 5 minutes to the beach and many restaurants and shops next to the hotel. So the best hotel in Vietnam we’ve been, we were very glad to stay in this nice place, we recommend this hotel!

A more professional hotel than many other budget options in Da Nang. Staff speak English and are hospitable. The lobby is nice and the hallways are clean. The room is clean and as pictured.

The room might be a little small, but was fine for a short stay. The TV is in Vietnamese and I couldn't get it to work properly (normally I don't have an issue operating Vietnamese TV's). The kettle in the room could use a clean.
