For Tenjin area only the location is good near to subway station, bus stop, restaurants and shopping malls. If traveling more frequent with JR is better to stay at Hakata side to save travel time with the subway to Hakata JR station.

Need to order the night before. I think it has to do with 'no wastage'. But very limited choice only one. The only difference is to dine in or take away. The room is too small.
