1. Extremely friendly and professional staff. 2. Clean rooms and common areas with high quality hand soap. 3. Hearty breakfast with snacks and beverages that guests can help themselves to in the coffee lounge. 4. Close proximity to public transportation, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. You can walk to Canal City / Nakasu River food stalls and cruise in less than 20 minutes. 5. Very close to Takachiho Kitchen, a local restaurant that makes some bomb chicken namban.

Room was rather dark / I could open the curtains during the day to brighten the room, but at night, the room and bathroom are a bit too dark with just the ceiling lights.
