Staff where super friendly and helpful. Cannot fault them at all. Court yard was pretty. outside the room was nice as in a lovely table and chair set and well kept. Bed was very comfortable and big Fairly good value for money really

Room desperately needs a make over and updating And a good clean is needed inside

The staff was extremely generous and kind. They were also accommodating and quick. They did their best when I asked them for anything or information. The open-air garden in the courtyard gives a greenery effect and a refreshing feeling. The room is more spacious than what is mentioned on Booking.com. With its private bathroom and toilet included, it is hard to find a room at this price in central Jakarta.

The building is old and not well maintained. The room is unbelievably dirty. Yellow stains are all over the mirror, sink, floor, and wall. I could smell damp when I first opened the room door. The glass windows looked firmly closed until I forgot my key inside the room, and they came to open the window with a screwdriver and a hammer. It was then that I realised the hook was too short. It was alright; I did not feel too bad. I did not feel like the towels, bedsheet, blanket, and pillow were clean, either. No toilet paper was provided.
