Emplacement / rapport qualite-prix / petit dej’ pas mal avec cuisine locale. Personnel avenant et souriant. Chambre spartiate mais propre et calme.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lage des Hotels günstig, alles ist makellos sauber.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein.

Pulitissimo, stanze come in foto. Sapone, shampoo e spazzolino. Lenzuola, asciugamani e tappetino del bagno puliti. Acqua calda. Bollitore in camera con caffè e the. Terrazzino con sedie e tavolino. Frigo in camera. Posizione ottima vicino a fermata Central della metro. Personale disponibile e gentile. WiFi funzionante. Non l’abbiamo usata ma aveva a/c, ventilatore e tv.

Molto rumoroso di notte ma con dei tappi si dorme.

The location was great 8 minutes to the nearest metro station. Central, Park Street is 3 stop R 20! also short waking distance to the book market. As we couldn't get uber at 5pm (rush hour)to see Hawrah Bridge light up and flower market, we walked...took us nearly an hour (Google map would say 30mins) but can be done and what an exhilarating experience! Staff are polite, accommodating, and very helpful, quickly fill up with all our necessities. Our flight in was early. So we arrived at the hotel at noon, but they quickly cleaned out the room and let us in. We stayed in a four-poster king-sized bed with balcony. We loved it. 2nd floor, good view of the street actions down below, trams, buses, ambulance, rickshaws, taxis, people... never get bored. Breakfast was included in our plan, choose from good variety of choices (we recommend indian breakfast with chai), they are all made fresh and delicious, they delivered to our room so we enjoyed our breakfast in the terrace. We highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Kolkata.

Nothing Even outside noise traffic, sirens, and dogs burking was a great sensory experience for us.

The hotel didn't honour the pricing quoted on the Booking.com and forced me to pay more price, and informed that if I disagreed they would cancel the booking and refuse the room. Never ever have I experienced such type of unprofessional behaviour from any hotel I have booked through Booking.com In fact the hotel forced me to cancel the booking on your portal

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très vivant où l'on a vraiment un aperçu de la vie quotidienne en Inde. Il est cependant très facile de se rendre dans les quartiers touristiques par le métro, à 5 minutes à pied en traversant l'hôpital juste en face. Entrer par gate 2 et ressortir par gate 6, c'est pratiquement tout droit. Le personnel est très serviable et la chambre avec balcon plutôt confortable.

Bon, la chambre avec balcon donne sur college Street, très bruyante. Mais nous sommes en Inde où il ne faut pas oublier ses boules quiès.

Pas de penderie (on ne peut rien suspendre). - Service très faible : il faut tout demander : le nettoyage de la chambre, qu’on rajoute du shampooing, du savon et même du papier toilette. - Pas de lampe de chevet. - Bouilloire mais sans prise à côté. - Pas d’interrupteur à l’entrée de la chambre. - Serviette de toilette élimée.

Cecil is een hotel met een zekere charme. Vooral het oude meubilair geeft je het gevoel dat je thuis komt.

In deze buurt is niet veel te beleven. Het hotel ligt vrij ver af van wat de toerist in Kolkata wil bezoeken.
