"Shocked and disappointed by the discriminatory treatment at Fabhotel Prime Jalsa"

Had a disappointing experience at Fabhotel Prime Jalsa. During breakfast, we were not allowed to sit with non-Muslims due to a festival—clear religious discrimination. Hospitality should be about inclusivity, not segregation. This is unacceptable and against basic values of respect and equality. Management must address this immediately. Until then, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values fairness and inclusivity.

Nothing to say good about it. Rude receptionist and customer care.

I went there with my partner who is from Europe and then they denied the room we paid and told us to another room which was not good. If you are not married and if you are a foriegner, better do not book it. You will not be able to get the money back. Hotel staff were very unpolite and their customer service was terrible. They simply said they can't pay the money back even when they know we didn't check in. I will never go to any FAB hotels in India
