Food cleanliness needs improvement

The location of the property was perfect also the ambience of the property was good.

The adjoining room was under renovation (may be) as such wasnt clean. The staff were not present, also we encountered shortage of staff. The tv channels were not in working condition and the room was okish, if the rooms had been more clean, would have recommended 10 out of 10

The room is too small for comfort. Toilet was good. Staff were good too. However, there's no dining facility, how come a Hotel can function without Dining hall? I really wonder! Actually, it appears the building was made for housing flats, converted into a Hotel. ! If true, I wonder how ?

Room size is too small for comfort. The mattress is so thick but soft that it slopes down at the edges of u sleep in the edges of the bed! I fell down 5 times in sleep and hurt myself.
