"Pathetic, unprofessional customer service"

No breakfast provided, charged extra money close more than 3000, email me a few days before checking that they do not honor booking.com low rates hence I had to pay extra

"Value for money , ac was just downer"

Loved their service, staff was supportive and food was tasty

Only thing that wasn't upto standard was their airconditioner , i have to call reception almost everyday for setting temperature as it used to get quite hot at night there.. But staff supported and tried to solve matter as fast as they can.

Nothing because hotel manager and all hotel staff was absolutely useless, very very bad experience, I will never forgot that in my life
