Food taste and quality was excellent

It was an extremely bad experience as even after advance booking the hotel authorities did not allow us to check in and said we are sold out and you can get your refund back from The site you booked

It was only clean nothing else. Staff was not welcoming he was very rude .

We did booking from booking.com it was showing around 1300/-. When we reached one of their staff name Randhir asked us to leave as booking amount was less than 1500. As per our discussion he said Oyo/Booking.com after their (hotel) denials they auto book at lowest rates so he asked us to leave and said “we dont give rooms at such lower price (less than 1500)”. We immediately called booking.com customer support and they confirmed hotel is only eligible to accept bookings and decide the price. Staff was very rude , imagine travelling from so far and then we are asked to return or look for another hotel that too at night time. Randhir was rude and in the mean time he had a word with Rajesh tiwari who is the Manager and then we were allowed to check in. He totally blamed Booking.com that they themselves put hotel room price after so much of denial
