Friendly staff, nice relaxing environment and beach location with access to more life and party at the next door hotel or any of the hostels on the coast line. Rooms are nice and air conditioned.

El hotel esta situado fuera del parque de Tayrona y alejado de la entrada (unos 30 minutos en vehiculo). Esta es una información que debería destacarse al hacer la reserva porque la ofrecida al respecto induce a confusión. El servicio de restauración fue deficiente. Si no se reservaba cena en un menú ofrecido con pocas opciones, no se garantiza que pudieras cenar en el hotel. Y de hecho así fue, porque en nuestro caso, al no reservar cena menú, la única opción ofrecida fue un filete de pollo a la plancha con patatas. Esto no es propio de un hotel de esa categoría y precio, lo que es especialmente relevante, al encontrarse alejado de núcleos de población. Aunque la habitacion era amplia y bien decorada, tenía tanta vegetacion sobre su propia terraza, que apenas tenía vistas sobre la piscina y el jardín, y resultaba oscura, frente a lo que se ofrecía en la reserva.

It is Avery calming and relaxing spot in the middle of the jungle. The beach is beautiful but you need to be aware you can’t swim in the ocean.

It is hard to go anywhere without booking a tour or taking a motorcycle. No taxi or uber will show up. You need to order transportation through reception which cost a lot of money

What a wonderful oasis of calm! Absolutely loved my stay here. Spacious and super clean rooms (we got an upgrade which was a wonderful unexpected surprise) with a king size bed, balcony and a living room, comfortable common areas, delicious and varied menu with fresh and local ingredients and of course, its proximity to the sea. You can go on long walks along the beach or simply relax with a book by the pool. We really loved the fact it was quiet (no tv, no loud music, etc) and I want to highlight the incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly staff always greeting you with a warm smile and catering to every need. Mum and I are already planning on going back in December. I recommend this lovely hotel unreservedly.

Incredible rooms for the value and price. Excellent pool and lobby area. Rooms was WELL ACed and spacious! I stayed in 4 hotels during this overall trip and this one had the most powerful AC by far. Excellent check/in and check out. Close to nearby hotels/hostels, and a 12 min walk to the restaurants on the beautiful beach.

The people working at Masaya collection are such nice people. Especially Daniella who works at the reception, she immidiatelly made me feel welcome and at home. Even if she didn't have to speak english to me she did it always with pleasure, not only to practice but also to make me feel welcome.She was always at my service, with smile and enthousiasme. I'm coming back, the question is only when ? I love the fact that the hotel is a quiet place where you can chill. If you want more music and interaction with people you can just go to the hotel next door "Masay" which is part of the group and you'll experience also a very nice moment.
