Piękny hotel położony przy samej plaży. Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek. Pokoje przestronne, czyste. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji w przystępnych cenach. Wspaniała, pomocna obsługa, w żadnym hotelu nie czuliśmy się tak zaopiekowani jak w Cayena.

The facilities and the staff were great. The food was excellent and it was an overall awesome land luxurious experience.

Las duchas están viejas, y el aire acondicionado y el ventilador hacían demasiado ruido. Además la luces del baño eran demasiado tenues

Nos toco una habitación cercana a cocina y en la mañana se escuchaba el ruido de los platos.

We stayed at Cayena by Masaya after visiting Tayrona Park, and it was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, from the reception to the restaurant team. The hotel has only a few rooms, which made it feel peaceful and never crowded—we always found a great spot to lounge by the beautiful, large pool (perfect for a proper swim). There’s also a covered area with yoga equipment, and we loved starting the day with a beach-front workout. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfy bed, working AC, hot water, and complimentary refillable drinking water. The restaurant was a highlight—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, and the à la carte prices were very reasonable, so we were happy to eat at the hotel. There are beds on the beach, but we mostly stayed by the pool since the ocean had big waves and a small sandy area during our visit (great for surfers, though). Overall, we had a perfect stay and would absolutely recommend Cayena for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, relaxing setting.
