I had a disappointing experience at this property. Before my arrival, I messaged the guest house to reconfirm my booking and was clearly told that I could check in by 12 PM. However, when I arrived, the staff seemed unhappy that I had booked only for one night. I was then informed that my room was “not ready,” and later they claimed that the AC in the room was broken. They offered alternative rooms, but the quality and condition were not similar to the room I originally booked. When I politely said I did not like the alternatives and mentioned that they should have informed me before my arrival, the staff member became angry and unprofessional. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Better communication and a more respectful attitude toward guests would have made a big difference.
