Socalco Nature Calheta

Socalco Nature is indeed a little paradise with a breathtaking panorama from the mountain. Our apartment was neat and stylish, size-wise perfect for two. The ladies at the reception desk were increadibly nice and helpful, the owner herself too. As a hotel, we whole-heartedly reccomend this place. We really enjoyed our stay here so close to nature.

Parking was not the easiest: the road is very steep and narrow to the hotel, making it complicated to navigate even with a small car. The service at the restaurant was disappointing, as the waiters don't communicate with each other, missing our table one time to inquire about our order for the egg part of breakfast. They simply can't interpret lactose-free diet, handling it as vegetarian, regardless of polite and detailed explanation. Not to mention, paying 160 EUR for a 3 and 6-course tasting menu and getting some slightly roasted ananas slices with some granola, berries and most probably not hand-made icecream for a lactose-free dessert.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mitten in der Natur. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Toller Ausblick auf die Bucht. Schöner kleiner Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten. Tolles Restaurant (etwas teuer) und Frühstück mit qualitativ sehr guten und abwechselnden Produkten. Sehr nettes Personal. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und über zwei sehr steile schmale Strassen zu erreichen (sieht schlimmer aus als es ist 😀).

This is very small and minor, but the pool was veryyy cold.

THE RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING. THE ROOM WAS NICE, BUT NO REFRIGERATOR, ALTHOUGH IT HAD A FULL KITCHEN - UNABLE TO USE IT GIVEN NO COLD STORAGE.

ACCESS TO THE ROOMS WAS ONLY BY DRAGGING YOUR LUGGAGE UP STEEP STAIRS - PARKING WAS IMPOSSIBLE - THERE IS NO REAL ENTRANCE TO RESORT - VERY STEEP, NARROW ROADWAY UP TO RESORT, WITH NO DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO ENTER WITH A VEHICLE.

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Lage am Berg.

Reinigung des Zimmers und Ausstattung der Küche waren nicht ganz dem Preisniveau entsprechend
