Personnel au top. Petit déjeuner très agréable en extérieur avec des bons produits frais. Le meilleur moment de la journée

Chambres impersonnelle (pas de déco, style sobre de l'hôtel). La vue sur mer est sympa mais on etouffe dans la chambre. La petite terrasse fermée possède une fenêtre mais trop haute. On n'a pas envie d'y rester. Il manque incontestablement un espace OUVERT sur l'extérieur. Il faut sinon opter pour les villas mais encore plus cher et sans réelle intimité pour la plupart avec passage et ouvriers à 2m. Les espaces avec bains de soleil sont pris d'assaut. Pas suffisants. La piscine est ridiculement petit mal placée. Déco. On a envie de se sentir bien mais la configuration de l'hôtel et de la chambre n'y permet pas. On n'a qu'une envie c'est sortir de là. Vraiment dommage car le projet est très intéressant. Trop de chambres , pas assez d'espaces privatifs ouverts et sympas.

The atmosphere is very serene. The scenery is top notch. The staff goes above and beyond. This was our second time here from Canada. Will not be out last. The service at dinner and breakfast was spectacular. Attention to detail and hospitable. Eager to present each dish. All dishes are unique and you will not find this dining anywhere on the Island. Very accommodating. The rooms....forget about it! Clean, comfortable bed, all amenities, they think of every detail to make your stay superior. Worth the money. You will not find this kind of care anywhere else. The staff are happy to be there. The view is overlooking Calheta and mountain. Lissandro our explained all of our meal course very detailed. The food is all purchased locally and herbs grown on site. Extremely environmental. Much thought and planing goes into each guests stay. 100 % do not hesitate. Make this part of your adventure during your trip to Madeira. See you next year. Absolute highlight of our second trip to the Island.

What a friendly and welcoming staff, truly everyone i met was so kind. From housekeeping to restaurant, gardener and reception, they made the stay so comfortable and cosy!!

Nothing to complain, just a friendly consideration for the guests who stay for more then a couple of days (i stayed for 10). The breakfast is truly delicious and made and served with so much care, a little more variation would make the experience more complete as i believe the restaurant has many to offer (all natural ingredients many grown in house :).

Incredible location and food, such a beautiful landscape and unique hotel. We felt very at home and comfortable. The breakfast is elite!!

Boutique hotel waar je enorm verwend werd, mooie mini appartementen, echt top ontbijt en top diner. Een absolute aanrader!
