Haka Boutique Hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange electric bikes for us as well as arrange some tours. They assisted us with every query and did their best to accommodate our requests. The rooms were nice and clean. There were no issues with the shower and bathroom facilities. They provided clean towels whenever asked for and cleaned the room once a day. Overall, a very positive and happy stay for me and my friends.

There is no room service and free breakfast option(at least for our rooms). Any request you have is to be done at the reception, though the staff is very friendly and will help you right away.

Comfortable bed and a bit larger room. The staff were really wonderful and kind, especially Hong. They allowed me to keep my luggage there for my trip to Hanoi to make my travels light and easy. Found great spots near by. A wonderful Korean street food place around the corner and some great coffee/juice cafes. Close to the beach. During Tet holiday the staff did a wonderful job being short handed. ✨🙏✨

Wish the restaurant was open, breakfast would have been a nice addition to this cute hotel. Visited in January/February and just so happened to be too chilly to use the pool, hence there weren’t any cushions on the lounge chairs. Not anything to do with the hotel….over Tet holiday (lunar new year) all over Vietnam a lot of things close for 10 days (restaurants especially) Check your calendar. After it was nice to see this town come back to life. ✨

Nice room

Maybe because it was right after New Year’s, there wasn’t a single open restaurant around, and we had to walk several kilometers just to find something to eat. There was no shower gel in the room. We were staying for two nights, and I even specifically placed the empty bottle by the sink, but no one noticed. At the same time, there were toothbrushes and other toiletries, but not the most essential ones—no soap, no shower gel. The dirt under the bed was awful. Visually, everything looked clean, but I dropped something, and it rolled under the bed. When we tried to get it, it was just… I don’t know, it felt like no one had cleaned there since the hotel opened.

We stayed for three weeeks. Very good location near the beach. 30 walk to big shopping mall Vincom. 7-10 min walk to a kids playground. A lot of restaurants in a walking distance. We didn't hear other guests. Maybe we were lucky with guests, maybe it's good soundproofing. A couple days we had mosquitos in our room. The rest of our stay we used AC and didn't open windows when it was dark. A big appartment, with a separate sleeping room. Very good for staying with an infant. Baby stroller friendly hotel. We stayed in an appart-t on the top (5th) floor. And we spend one night in the appart-t with a sea view on the top floor. The sea view is great, but we loved another room more. The sea view room is under the sunlight and becomes hot very quickly. The sea view room is a little smaller and there are no shelves in a tall dresser. Mostly quiet neibourhood. Good neibourhood for walking, low traffic. Unfortunately, you can see rats in the streets (it's not the only location with rats in the city). We were there in January. It was cold to use the pool. And the water in the pool was cold.

Opening the sleeping room door is tricky. No safe in the appartment.
