Great stay. Clean comfy room. Good location.

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They also gave me a free room uprade for the two days I stayed there.

It's low season so there wasn't any restaurants near by to eat so I had to order grab or take a taxi to go find food.

The pool the bed and room was large value for money

Staff told us nothing didn’t speak English wouldn’t extend our stay for half hour even tho we didn’t get there till very late wanted to charge another 30% no restaurant no breakfast

Very good value for the price, towels were changed every day, staff at the reception were very nice. We rented a motorbike for around 5e per day and were able to park it in the garage. Location is good if you rent a motor bike (or at least bikes), if you go by foot you would not be able to check best parts of the beach. There is a sweet pool on the top, the mattress on the chair a bit dirty, but I assume it is normal since it stays there while raining. Overall we had great time in Da Nang and the only reason why we wouldn’t rate is as a 10 is described below. Normally we would, but due to several smaller reasons, there is some room for improvement ☺️

I must mention one thing that especially caught us surprised. We completely agree to take a deposit in case something is damaged after guests leave the room. However, we found a message one day in the room that if the sheet does not clean they will take more than half of the deposit (I think it was 350.000 VND). Yes, there was a pink color because of my bathing suit (drains the color when wet) however, that is washable. As we are talking about sheets not something broken, we would have expect for the hotel to wash it and then charge if it does not go away or even to charge us a few bucks if it is outside of their regular laundry day (even though we eventually stayed 6 nights 5+1). It was a bit unpleasant for us to take the sheet and find the laundry on ourselves and bring it there to wash it. Of course the color was washed and they returned us the deposit, but still it ruined a bit our opinion about the hotel. Also, we didn’t have a hand soap even though we asked for it on the reception and it says that they offer free bikes, however, they only had one, the second one had a flat tire.
