Las camas eran cómodas

No tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha de la habitación. Dijeron que iban a mandar a un fontanero pero tardaron 5 días (la estancia reservada era de 7 días). Nos cambiaron de habitación y también falló el agua caliente de la ducha.

Wonderful location, easy self check-in. Our room was cozy warm despite the very cold weather. Everything clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff if you needed anything. Nice communal kitchen and living room area to sit in or prepare a snack. Great place to stay.

We did not receive the door access code in advance. We were unable to contact the hotel owner and had to wait a long time before we could enter the hotel. This caused significant inconvenience.

"Was perfect for what I needed. TV was yet to be installed. Would stay there again."
