Easy access for everything. Place was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wifi was not good at all. Still in the process of upgrading

View on rooftop bar/restaurant and location

Said there was a Tv in the room, but it didnt work. We were told it would bot be fixed the whole week that we were there.

Zeer mooie locatie in het centrum met op het dak zwembad en restaurant met uitzicht, top! Ontbijt buffet is oké, wel prijzig 600PHP per person

Wifi werkte bijna niet (hing een brief in de lift dat ze die aan het verbeteren zijn.) Kamer is groot, badkamer aan de kleine kant. De glazen ramen bij het zwembad mogen wel eens schoon gemaakt worden. Geen split unit airco maar zo'n raam model, lawaaiig dus. Die aan moest blijven want er is schijnbaar een vocht probleem. Staat ook nog een losse luchtontvochtiger naast. Alles heeft een beetje verouderde look. Opzich is het allemaal prima, maar in verhouding met de prijs zeer matig.

I liked this hotel a lot. A great location first of all. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I liked that our room had AC. I liked that their lobby offered a coffee/tea station 24/7. Every floor had a hot/cold water dispenser, so you didn’t always have to go to the main lobby to make coffee or get some water, which was really nice. My favorite part about this hotel was the rooftop - which offered a lovely view. Breakfast was served on the rooftop every morning, and there was always something yummy for everyone. The rooftop also had a bar where you can get drinks, or have lunch/dinner. Pool area offered a great view, and it was lovely. As well in the night time.

I didn’t like that the rooms we stayed in, and also the one my parents stayed in - had mold in some places. Like around the bathroom sink faucet.. and ours had a leak in the ceiling that occasionally dripped and had mold growing around it. The water would change temperatures on its own, but it wasn’t much of a big deal. We also had really no WiFi connection in our room. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and my parents stayed on the 1st floor. They say the lobby has the best WiFi connection, but my parents couldn’t get WiFi from their room at all - and they were right next to the lobby area. Which was kind of a bummer when we would try to get in contact with each other to make plans. When we put the sign outside to “make up our room”, the only thing they did was make our bed and give us new towels. They didn’t really clean anything, and let alone refill the “shower gel” or shampoo that was already practically empty pier to our arrival. Luckily we usually bring our own shampoo/shower gel anyways. But it was something I noticed. They offer toothbrushes, but no toothpaste, so make sure to bring your own. Also, lots of little tiny flies were found around our room and bathroom. They were not mosquitoes. Just were swatting them all the time lol. I know they mentioned they were working on their WiFi & I think we’re doing some work around the hotel. Once they improve their rooms of the WiFi and mold, I think it would be an even better stay here! I did not take any pictures of those things, as it wasn’t too much an issue (for me).
