The room is very nice! Clean and spacious most of all AC is cold and smells clean! Over all room is really great! Food is also great at reasonable price and serving is quite good for family of 3. Service of all staff are excellent and I would like to name one in particular "Lovely, from Scape Skydeck El Nido very approachable and her name reflects her personality very lovely! Thank you for helping us out for my sons birthday! Again this place is perfect and beautiful! 10/10 would stay again!!

Public areas were modern and stylish. Rooftop restaurant and pool were spotless, quiet with fantastic views

There was an issue in my room with humidity. They wanted the air-conditioning and a dehumidifier on at all times to combat dampness and mould. These interrupted my sleep but otherwise weren't an issue in the daytime.

Le hace falta un poco más de mantenimiento, no puedes apagar el aire acondicionado y era muy frío, me enfermé por eso, de resto todo es genial

The view at the skydeck is what i was looking forward to and it did not disappoint aside from the construction going on. The dessert were superb! Love it!

We were booked at the annex building(4th floor), we had to go 1 floor down/up to use the elevator, otherwise, we use the stairs
