The location was absolutely fantastic! The room was very clean and comfortable, the complimentary wifi worked very well too.

It would’ve been great if the rooms had a small fridge to store bottled water and other food/beverages.

The location in Corong Corong directly at the beach surrounded by many restaurants is perfect for a stay in El Nido. Free water for all guests is provided.

The hotel is very pricey for the value you get. We stayed for 10 days - so we got a good impression overall. The WiFi is not really working for guests. For Employees there is a separate one which seems to work properly. The bed linen, towels and the bathroom was not really clean. Also when we got new towels and bed linen after a few days they were full of stains which is a NoGo for such a "Premium Hotel". The communication with the reception was from time to time difficult because of their english skills. Our room was for this money not equipped really good: no fridge, no hairdryer, no water boiler, no seat possibilities, no lounge egg like the other rooms, ...

Melanie is the only good staff member. She helped us with our tours, asked maintenance to fix the shower, managed to get into our safe for us, and helped us with the transfer being late. The location is right beside the beach.

The staff here are not good. I emailed about a transfer from the ferry terminal and got no response. When I rang the hotel manager, he kept hanging up on me. They charged 500 pesos for 5 mins drive to the hotel from the ferry terminal. Our room had no hand soap, when we asked for some we were told they didn’t have any. A basic toiletry. Our room was ok, our shower was cold with occasional blasts of hot, so I told the girl at reception and she took our key to check, but when we came back she just gave us the key back and said nothing. I had to ask a different staff member the next day and she asked maintenance to fix it. Then the shower was roasting hot with the occasional cold water burst. We could not get into the safe in our room and when we asked the staff they said they couldn’t find the key. There is no kettle in the room or a hairdryer. The breakfast is awful, bad coffee, I asked for green tea two separate days (they offered green tea) and kept getting black tea. The pancakes are meant to come with 3 pancakes but we kept getting 2 pancakes and one side of scrambled egg. As vegetarians there was only choice of pancakes or French toast. When we on our tours we were told towels would be included and when we asked on the morning of the tour, we were only provided one and told the rest were in laundry, which I don’t believe as there wasn’t many people staying here. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is really bad and there is no coverage even if you have your own data plan. We booked a transfer to the airport with the hotel for 1,500 pesos and they transfer came 45 mins late. I managed to get 500 pesos back from the hotel. We booked two tours through the hotel, Tour A we were told you could kayak or swim at Big Lagoon, turns out you have to rent a kayak for 300 pesos or sit on the boat and wait for everyone else.

Beautiful location right on the beach, room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly

The hotel is ideally located on a quiet street with restaurants and morning brunches. It was really nice to be able to do everything on foot after a long day. The staff were very kind to us. The beach is very close, even if it's not a bathing beach, the sunset is incredible.

The bed was not clean, the sheets were stained and with lots of lint. Room facing the street, sometimes a little noisy.
